Jessica Baraket

Jessica Baraket, CPPO, CPCP, currently serves as the Deputy Director of Finance and Purchasing Agent for the City of Allentown since January 2018. Prior experience includes roles as Assistant Business Administrator at Bethlehem Area School District, Purchasing Director for Pasco County Government, and Director of Purchasing at the School Board of Hernando County, where oversight of the centralized purchasing department was a key responsibility. Additionally, Jessica has held the position of Director of Transportation and Procurement at Allentown School District and Business Office Manager at Catholic Charities Diocese of Metuchen. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in School Business Leadership from Wilkes University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Millersville University of Pennsylvania. Educational background also encompasses a high school diploma from Allentown Central Catholic High School.
