Rubina Swavely-Kale

Rubina Swavely-Kale has extensive experience in various roles within the City of Allentown since May 2011, including positions as Buyer, Purchasing Coordinator, and Office Manager for both the Streets/Storm Department and Building Maintenance. In addition, Rubina served as a Summer Intern during this time. Prior to these roles, Rubina worked as the William Penn Volunteer Coordinator at Moravian College from August 2013 to May 2014. Rubina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Moravian University, completed in 2014, and attended DeSales University from 2010 to 2011.
