Josiah Hance

Josiah Hance currently serves as an Accounting Assistant at the City of American Canyon since September 2025. Prior to this, Josiah held the position of Operations Specialist at Miod and Company, LLP from October 2023 to September 2025, where responsibilities included managing treasury functions, auditing internal controls, conducting financial analysis, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing the bookkeeping team. Josiah has also worked as an Office Administrator at Miod and Company, LLP, and as an Associate at In-N-Out Burger, where cash transactions and customer service were key duties. Further experience includes a role as a Recreation Leader for the City of Santa Clarita, managing youth sports and customer engagement, along with working as a Restaurant Crew Member at McDonald's. Josiah is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance at The Master's University, expected to graduate in December 2024, after earning a High School Diploma from Golden Valley High School in May 2021.
