Elaine Santiago

Elaine Santiago is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer engagement and communication. Currently serving as a Customer Success Specialist at Little Spoon since August 2023, Elaine also holds the position of Planning Commission Chairperson for the City of Amsterdam, New York. Previously, Elaine worked at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company for nearly a decade, progressing from Consumer Engagement Specialist to Senior Consumer Engagement Specialist, where responsibilities included managing communication across various channels and implementing Salesforce CRM. Elaine holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill and is a Certified Salesforce Associate, having completed training through the Salesforce Pathfinder Program.
