Jared Martinez

Jared Martinez is an experienced electric operations professional with a strong background in utility management, currently serving as Electric Operations Manager for the City of Anaheim since February 2014. Prior roles include Chief Utilities System Operator and Senior Utilities System Scheduler within the same organization, as well as Utilities System Operator. Jared gained initial industry experience as a Control Operator at NRG Energy and as a Nuclear Operator at Southern California Edison. Additionally, Jared worked as an RF Engineer at Spacek Labs Inc. Jared holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from UC Santa Barbara, earned between 2005 and 2007.
