Stan Barclay has extensive experience in the field of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and project management, currently serving as Project GIS Analyst for the City of Anderson-Municipal Water Department since July 1991. In this role, Stan analyzes and maintains the integration of GIS data into daily operations, while also designing and maintaining the GIS Data Model for various stakeholders. Previously, Stan held the position of Construction Project Manager, overseeing capital improvement projects for the city's sanitary and storm sewer infrastructure. Additionally, Stan served as Geographical Information Specialist, utilizing AutoCAD and ArcMap for system maintenance and managing software and hardware procurement. Stan has also held leadership roles, including President of the Board for the Minority Health Coalition of Madison County from 2006 to 2009, and started their career as a Cad Drafter at Odle McGuire Shook. Stan's educational background includes studies at Ferris State University, Ivy Tech Community College, and Ball State University, along with participating in a Leadership Academy program in Madison County.
