Deb Carmack

Deb Carmack is an experienced HR Technology Specialist with a history of working in the human resources field since 1994. Currently employed by the City of Ann Arbor since October 2001, Deb has developed a strong expertise in HR technology. Prior to this role, Deb served as a consultant at Usertech from 1996 to 2001 and as an HRIS Associate at Detroit Newspapers from 1994 to 1998. Deb holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management & Labor Relations from Michigan State University, earned between 1992 and 1994, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the same institution, completed from 1988 to 1992.
