Kelly Reynolds is a skilled professional with a diverse background in data analysis, administration, and fitness training. Currently serving as a Data Analyst focused on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for the City of Ann Arbor since February 2022, Kelly has previously held the role of Executive Assistant in the Mayor’s Office. Prior experience includes working as an Executive Administrative Assistant at the Ann Arbor Area Transportation Authority and owning Red Spring Pilates, where certification as a Pilates Teacher and TPI Golf Fitness Trainer was achieved. Earlier roles include serving as a Fund Distribution Associate for Children's Programs at the Heart of West Michigan United Way and as a Senior Consultant for Natural Resources at Public Sector Consultants. Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Resources from the University of Michigan and is pursuing a Master of Science in Measurement & Evaluation at American University.
