Nicholas Bayley is an experienced civil engineer with a comprehensive background in municipal infrastructure projects. Currently serving as a Project Manager with the City of Ann Arbor since December 2022, Bayley oversees municipal capital improvement projects involving utilities, roads, sidewalks, pathways, and bike lanes. Prior to this role, Bayley spent nearly a decade at OHM Advisors as a Project Engineer, and previously held similar positions at Charles E. Raines Co., focusing on watermains, storm sewers, and site plan review. Earlier experience includes serving as a Civil Engineer III for the State of New Hampshire, where responsibilities included field inspection on highway projects, and as a Construction Engineer for the City of Cambridge, Ontario. Bayley started their career as a Field Engineer with Kiewit, focusing on bridge rehabilitation and dam construction. Bayley holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Structural from Queen's University.
