Robert Kellar

Robert Kellar is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background spanning more than a decade. Currently serving as a Public Services Communications Specialist for the City of Ann Arbor since July 2013, Kellar has previously held significant roles, including Senior Public Affairs Advisor at Novozymes, Communications Director for Congresswoman Janice Hahn and Congressman Jay Inslee, and Press Secretary for Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher. Kellar's expertise includes media relations, public communication strategies, and content creation, with notable achievements such as designing an award-winning Congressional website and directing communications during critical political campaigns. Kellar holds a BA in History from the University of the Pacific, and a background in general education from San Joaquin Delta College.
