Currently serving as a Senior Energy Analyst at the City of Ann Arbor since January 2020, Thea has previously held positions within the same organization as an Energy Analyst and Energy Fellow. Prior experience includes an Energy Intern role at the City of Ann Arbor and positions at Case Western Reserve University, where Thea functioned as a Proposal Developer, ThinkEnergy Fellow, Research Assistant, Teaching Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant. Educational background includes a degree from Case Western Reserve University, obtained in 2016. Demonstrated expertise includes proposal submissions to the Department of Energy, community engagement in energy topics, and academic support in thermodynamics and research methodologies.
