Eli Richardson

Eli Richardson currently serves as a Management Analyst for the City of Apache Junction since May 2023, providing operational support through research and analysis. Previously, Eli held the rank of First Lieutenant in the United States Army Reserve, commanding a postal services platoon and completing extensive training in military science and leadership. Experience includes roles as a Finance Associate for Utah County, where Eli improved performance-based budgeting and financial reporting, a Graduate Student Consultant for the City of Moab, conducting research on tax policies, and Management Intern at West Valley City, executing placemaking projects while securing grant funding. Eli possesses a Master of Public Administration from Brigham Young University and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and History from Brigham Young University-Idaho. Additional experience includes tutoring in American government and roles in water safety, lifeguarding, and substitute teaching.
