Jay Ratchman, SPHR, has extensive work experience in Human Resources. From 1995 to 2004, they served as the Director of Human Resources at Landmark Staffing Resources, Inc. Following this, they joined the City of Appleton Wisconsin as the Human Resources Director in August 2004.
Jay Ratchman, SPHR, has a Master's degree in Organizational Behavior and Leadership from Silver Lake College, which they completed from 2011 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance & Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, which they completed from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Jay has obtained certifications including the SHRM Senior Certified Professional from SHRM in June 2015 and the SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in May 2000.
