Timber Smith is an experienced professional currently serving as Creator, Co-host, and Producer for the Appleton Engaged Podcast since June 2023, and as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Coordinator and Special Assistant to the Mayor for the City of Appleton Wisconsin since June 2021. Timber's work emphasizes community engagement and the implementation of comprehensive DEI initiatives. Previous roles include hosting and production of THE KOSH Podcast, Veterans Resource Coordinator at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, and various positions in higher education and retail management. Timber holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership and Policy, along with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh.
