Philip Wray

Philip Wray has extensive experience in municipal engineering and development services, currently serving as the Deputy Development Services Director and City Engineer for the City of Arcadia since December 2001. Prior to this role, Philip Wray was the City Engineer for the City of Brea from January 1996 to December 2001, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to public service and infrastructure development.
