Deborah A Moore

Deborah A Moore, CGCIO, has over two decades of experience in IT management and business systems analysis. Currently serving as IT Manager of Software Services for the City of Arlington since May 2012, Deborah oversees enterprise and departmental client-server and web-based application environments. Previous roles include IT Supervisor - Applications, where Deborah managed a team focused on enterprise applications, and various positions at Oil States International, Inc., where responsibilities included managing business systems and enhancing user experiences. In addition, Deborah has owned and operated two businesses, providing bookkeeping services and managing an HVAC company. Deborah holds a BS in Business Management from Colorado State University Global.
