Elisha van Deventer

Elisha Van Deventer, PHR, is an experienced Organizational Development Specialist currently working for the City of Arlington since December 2019, where responsibilities include leading large-scale projects to ensure their successful implementation. Previously, Elisha held the role of Team Lead for the Strike Team at the Arlington Housing Authority, managing a team to address a backlog of housing applications. Prior experience also includes serving as an Organizational Development Specialist at EnLink Midstream and as a Talent Management Analyst with the University of North Texas System, focusing on training needs and reporting.
