Manisha Joshi

Manisha Joshi, P.E., CFM, currently serves as a Civil Engineer specializing in traffic for the City of Arlington since August 2022. Responsibilities include engineering and design for traffic signals, signs, and streetlights, along with traffic studies and safety programs such as Vision Zero and Safe Routes to School. Prior experience includes roles as a Graduate Civil Engineer at the City of Haltom City and an Engineering Associate and Floodplain Administrator at McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. Manisha also has experience as a Transportation Project Designer during studies at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Notably, as a Volunteer Engineer, Manisha contributed to relief efforts in Nepal following a major earthquake in 2015. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Transportation and Highway Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, a Master of Science in Construction Management from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tribhuvan University, Nepal.
