Philip Degroat

Philip DeGroat, CISA, possesses extensive experience in internal auditing and compliance across various organizations. Currently serving as the Assistant City Auditor for the City of Arlington, Philip previously held the position of Senior Internal Auditor at the Texas Workforce Commission. Prior to this, a significant career at Citi included roles such as Director of Compliance, Senior Vice President, and Information Technology Audit Manager. Additionally, there was a period dedicated to full-time parenting. Academic qualifications include an MBA in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
