Victor Gutzler is an experienced professional in information systems and geographic information systems (GIS) with a diverse background spanning various roles in municipal and educational settings. Currently serving as an Asset System Analyst for the City of Arlington since June 2021, Victor is responsible for generating asset reports and maintaining the integration of Cartegraph with ArcGIS Online. Previous positions include serving as a GIS Analyst for the City of Decatur TX, where GIS data and applications were managed, and a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of Fort Worth, providing support for water engineering projects. Victor has also taught introductory courses in C++ programming and GIS at Tarrant County College. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Information Systems from The University of Texas at Arlington, alongside an Associate's degree in Geographic Information Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics.
