Yoko Matsumoto - Mpa

Yoko Matsumoto has a diverse work experience in both human resources and library management. Yoko held the position of Director of Human Resources at the City of Farmers Branch since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the City of Arlington where they held various roles, including Director of Human Resources & Civil Service, Director of Libraries, and Library Administrator. Yoko also has experience working at Arlington Public Library as a Library Service Manager.
