Robert Bean

Robert Bean, PE, PMP, DBIA, ENV-SP, is a seasoned civil engineer currently serving as a Sr. Civil Engineer at PBS Engineering and Environmental Services, focusing on the SR 169 Corridor Improvement project in Maple Valley. With a diverse career spanning over three decades, Robert has held key positions including Resident Engineer for the City of Lynnwood and Capital Project Manager IV for King County, where Robert contributed to significant infrastructure projects. Earlier roles with Sound Transit, HNTB Corporation, Berger Abam, and the City of Kirkland involved extensive project management and engineering responsibilities across various phases of development, including planning, design, and construction. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Oregon Institute of Technology.
