Owen Reese

Owen Reese is a seasoned water resources engineer with extensive experience in the field. Since April 2002, Owen has been with Aspect Consulting LLC, contributing expertise in water resources management. Prior experience includes a volunteer role at Pure Water for the World from February 2005 to November 2006 and a position as a water resource engineer at Hart Crowser from 2000 to 2002. Owen holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington, obtained in 1997, and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the same institution, completed in 1996.
