Noelle P. Oberg

Noelle P. Oberg is a seasoned professional in organizational development, currently serving as the Senior Organizational Development Manager for the City of Arvada since August 2017. Prior to this role, Noelle held various positions at the Credit Union of Colorado from April 2003 to August 2017, including Employee Development Advocate and HR/L&D Officer. Noelle's career in training and development began at Elevations Credit Union, where responsibilities included training and development from August 1999 to April 2003. Academically, Noelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Colorado Boulder and two Master of Education degrees from Colorado State University in Organization Learning, Performance and Change, and Organizational Development & Change Management. Education was also pursued at Lyme Old Lyme High School.
