Kristen Terry

Kristen Terry, PSHRA-CP, serves as the President of PSHRA NC since July 2023, bringing expertise in leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement. Currently a Board Member for Communities In Schools of North Carolina, Kristen provides strategic guidance, policy establishment, and resource allocation to support local students and the community. With extensive experience as a Human Resources Generalist at the City of Asheboro since 2008, Kristen leads recruitment, performance management, and employee relations initiatives. Additionally, as a Business Owner at Terry Property Management since January 2021, Kristen manages HR functions and oversees independent contractors. Education includes a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and multiple degrees and certifications from Randolph Community College.
