Amanda Clark

Amanda Clark is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in external affairs and public service. Currently serving as the External Affairs Manager at Kentucky Power Company since June 2019, Amanda also holds a position as a Commissioner for the City of Ashland Kentucky since January 2015. Previously, Amanda was the Vice President of Operations at Ashland Alliance from January 2016 to June 2019 and worked as the Adult Programming Supervisor at Boyd County Public Library from October 2007 to December 2015. Amanda began a career in education as a Teacher at Ashland Independent Schools from August 2004 to June 2007. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Marshall University, completed between 1996 and 2000, and pursued further education at the University of Oklahoma from 2016 to 2018.
