David Kill is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in procurement and operations management. Currently serving as the Center of Excellence Manager of Product & Tech and holding various managerial roles at the City of Atlanta Department of Procurement since July 2022, David has a strong background in procurement systems and technology. Prior to this, David was self-employed, helping small businesses enhance their technology for inventory and sales tracking from September 2020 to July 2022. David's earlier roles include Wire Technician at AT&T, Retail Store Manager at Prime Communications, and Store Manager at Rite Aid, where operational management was a primary focus. David also served as a Life Coach at Abundant Life Academy, providing mentorship to troubled teens. David holds a Real Estate Agent License and has attended Gordon State College.
