Antonio Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in public sector management and engineering. Currently serving as Watershed Director II at the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management, Antonio oversees the Office of Engineering Services Construction Management Division, managing approximately 50 staff members. Previously, Antonio held the position of Director of Community Development for the City of Norcross and spent nearly three decades at Gwinnett County Government, culminating as the Director of the Preconstruction Division. Antonio's career includes key roles such as Engineer IV at Gwinnett County DOT and Planning Manager, focusing on capital project delivery and operational management. An adjunct professor at Gwinnett Technical College, Antonio also contributed as a board member for both the Metropolitan North Georgia Water Planning District and the Georgia Department of Transportation Utility Task Force. Antonio holds a Master's Degree in Project Management and an MBA with Distinction from Keller Graduate School, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management from Westwood College.
