Brandy Hart

Brandy Hart, MBA-HRM, PHR, serves as HR Manager II for the City of Atlanta since September 2021, following a role as Senior Human Resources Representative/HR Business Partner at the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management from June 2014 to September 2020. In previous roles, Brandy worked as HR Representative, maintaining HRIS data integrity, and as HR Office Manager at Hart Mechanical Heating & Air Inc, advising on various leave processes and compliance regulations. Brandy holds a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management from Columbia Southern University, a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from Clayton State University, and an Associate's Degree in Health Care Administration from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
