Elle Chumlongluk

Elle Chumlongluk, MPH, CHES®, currently serves as the Senior Advisor and Director of Stakeholder Engagement & Communication for Councilmember Matt Westmoreland in the City of Atlanta, a position held since July 2025. Previously, Elle worked at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention from August 2021 to May 2025, gaining experience as a Public Health Analyst, Presidential Management Fellow, and Health Communications Specialist among other roles. Additionally, Elle has contributed to Emory University School of Medicine as a Graduate Research Assistant and to the Emory Global Health Institute as a Graduate Program Assistant. Leadership roles include serving as President of the Georgia Public Health Association (GPHA) Emory Chapter and as President of the University of Florida Health Professions College Council. Elle holds a Master of Public Health degree from Emory University and dual bachelor's degrees in Public Health and Political Science from the University of Florida.
