Jamyhl Howard

Jamyhl Howard currently serves as the Assistant Director of Planning and Development for the City of Atlanta since September 2022. Prior to this role, Jamyhl was a Senior Project Manager at MARTA from September 2014 to September 2022, managing large-scale facilities, infrastructure, and construction projects with budgets up to $60 million. Jamyhl holds project management certifications including PMP, ITIL, and SSBB. Additionally, Jamyhl served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army Reserve from January 1994 to January 2000. Academically, Jamyhl obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology from American InterContinental University between 1999 and 2001. Further education was pursued at Georgia State University.
