Kanika Greenlee serves as the Executive Director of the Keep Atlanta Beautiful Commission, overseeing initiatives focused on environmental stewardship and managing the budget in collaboration with the Board Treasurer and Finance Committee since December 2015. Previously, Kanika held positions including Interim Solid Waste Director, where responsibilities included administering a $56M budget and coordinating a team for Solid Waste Collection services for 100,000 residents, as well as Environmental Program Director, managing internal functions related to recycling and community programs. With a background in program development and advocacy through roles at Keep Georgia Beautiful Foundation and the Association County Commissioners of Georgia, Kanika has extensive experience in litter prevention, waste reduction, and community engagement. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Clark Atlanta University.
