Robin Mims

Robin Mims, MSM, Notary Public, has a vast amount of experience in project management and administration. Currently serving as the Program Controls Director at ATLDOT for the City of Atlanta, Robin oversees project controls, planning, scheduling, procurement, and financial reporting for capital project programs. In past roles at Miami-Dade County, Robin has managed multi-million dollar budgets, supervised project progress reporting, and handled cost management activities for large-scale projects. With a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management, Robin brings a strong educational background to their work.
