Vanessa R. Malcolm

Vanessa R. Malcolm, MBA, currently serves as the Deputy Budget Chief and Budget Administration Director for the City of Atlanta since November 2020, bringing extensive experience in budget analysis and administration. Prior roles include Senior Budget Policy Analyst at the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia from April 2019 to November 2020, and Director of Budget/External Reimbursement at NYC Citywide Administrative Services from April 2015 to May 2018, where responsibilities included budget preparation and analysis. Additional experience encompasses serving as Fiscal Administrator at the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene from January 2011 to April 2015, Business Analyst at Update Legal from September 2009 to August 2010, and Financial/Business Analyst at Nassau Vision Group from July 2008 to September 2009.
