Terri Kowal has extensive experience in municipal administration, currently serving as the City Clerk for the City of Auburn Hills since January 2012. Prior to this role, Terri Kowal worked as a Clerk for Shelby Township from 1990 to 2012. Terri Kowal's educational background includes a nursing degree from Macomb Community College, along with advanced certifications from the International Institute of Municipal Clerk, achieving the distinction of Master Municipal Clerk and Certified Municipal Clerk.
