Hope Ithurburn

Hope Ithurburn, MMC, currently serves as City Clerk for the City of Lincoln, CA, since October 2024, having previously held roles as Interim City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk. Prior experience includes positions as Management Analyst in the City Manager's Office for the City of Chico, and City Clerk and Deputy City Clerk positions at the City of Rocklin and City of Live Oak. Additionally, Hope worked as an Executive Assistant at GlaxoSmithKline from 2000 to 2007. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership with a minor in Public Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, expected to complete in December 2024, along with earlier studies at Sierra College and East Nicolaus High School.
