Emily Carrington, MSM, CCM, CMC is currently the City Clerk/Registrar of Voters for the City of Auburn, Maine and the City of South Portland. Emily has extensive experience in managing department budgets, overseeing voter registration and elections, coordinating appointments to city boards, managing city communications, and preserving vital records. Prior to their current roles, Emily served as Campus Operations Administrator & Assistant to the Campus President/RVP at Kaplan University, where Emily was responsible for various administrative and academic coordination duties across multiple campuses. Emily holds a Master of Science in Management - Human Resource Management from Purdue Global and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from the University of New England.
