Sholonda Smith

Sholonda Smith, MPA, currently serves as a Program Manager for the City of Augusta since August 2013, overseeing customer complaints and ensuring resolutions align with office policy. Previously, Sholonda held the role of Code Compliance Inspector, where responsibilities included managing violation complaints and preparing case files for court. Prior to that, Sholonda worked as a Store Manager at Claire's Accessories, focusing on sales goals and customer service, and as a Senior Store Associate at The Exchange. Sholonda holds a Master's degree in Public Administration, a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration/Management, and an Associate's degree in Health Care Administration/Management, all from the University of Phoenix.
