Brianna Medema, P.E. is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Development Review Manager and Principal Engineer at the City of Aurora since February 2018, overseeing public works engineering for site plans, utilities, and city projects. Previously, Brianna worked at Zion Engineering, LLC as a Project Manager/Senior Project Engineer, managing small to mid-projects from permitting to construction support. Brianna's earlier experience includes roles at Tetra Tech Rooney focused on oil and gas pipeline design, as well as positions as a Process Engineer at Redi Engineering Services and Anvil Corporation, where contributions were made to refinery projects. Initial engineering experience included a role as a Chemical Engineer at Pason Water Solutions and internships at American Electric Power and Blue Line Engineering. Brianna holds a BSE with a chemical concentration from Calvin University and a Level One Aquarian Teacher certification from the Kundalini Research Institute.
