Jessica Prosser

Jessica Prosser serves as the Director of Housing and Community Services for the City of Aurora since December 2019, having previously held various roles in the City of Arvada from October 2006 to December 2019, including Senior Manager of Vibrant Community and Neighborhoods, Assistant to the City Manager, Sustainability Coordinator, and Planner. With a Master's degree in Urban Regional Planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a BA in Geography from the University of Arizona, Jessica has extensive experience in strategic and operational management of community-focused programs, including housing, neighborhood engagement, and sustainability. Jessica's expertise encompasses budget management, performance measurement, and project planning, alongside a strong commitment to staff development and cross-sector collaboration.
