Dustin Little

Dustin Little currently serves as an HR Supervisor in the Talent Acquisition Division of the City of Austin, focusing on executive engagement, recruitment, and applicant tracking system management. Previously, Dustin held several senior leadership roles at ABM Industries, including Senior Director of Talent Acquisition, where oversight was provided for a team of over 130 recruiters responsible for hiring more than 30,000 individuals annually. Additionally, Dustin managed recruitment during a crisis and created the Talent Acquisition Program Management Office, addressing contingent workforce management and leveraging COVID-19 initiatives. Prior experience includes directing candidate delivery and talent solutions at Orion Talent and leading diversity executive recruiting initiatives at Talenta Global. Dustin holds an MBA from Baylor University and a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from Texas State University.
