Jennifer Williams

Jennifer Williams, PE, has extensive experience in planning, design management, and civil engineering, currently serving as Officer of Planning and Design Management for the City of Austin since August 2012. Williams has held various roles at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, including Planning and Development Supervisor and Capital Improvement Program Manager. In addition to the City of Austin role, Williams is Treasurer Elect and a member of the Board of Directors for The Junior League of Austin since June 2023. Previous experience includes serving as a Traffic Engineer for the City of Houston and a Land Development Project Manager for the City of Charlotte. Williams began the career as an Engineering Technician at STV/Ralph Whitehead Associates, Inc. and as a Research Assistant at UNC-Charlotte Structures Lab, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2006.
