Robert Luckritz has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and emergency medical services (EMS) industry. Robert is currently serving as the Chief of Austin-Travis County EMS, overseeing a large municipal EMS agency in Austin, Texas. Prior to this role, they worked as a Senior Consultant at EMSaegis, LLC, where they played a key role in developing a leadership training program and provided expertise in organizational commitment, leadership, diversity, and reducing medical errors.

Luckritz also served as the Chief Operating Officer at Transformative Healthcare, a prominent EMS and healthcare logistics company in New England. Robert successfully led the organization through cultural changes and achieved significant growth and diversification in the medical transportation and 911 services.

Earlier in their career, Luckritz held multiple leadership positions at Jersey City Medical Center - Barnabas Health. Robert served as the Vice President of Hospital Operations, Executive Director of EMS, Director of Government Relations, and Senior Manager/Chief of EMS Operations. During their tenure, they led operational initiatives, managed large teams, and implemented strategies to improve patient engagement and operational performance.

Prior to their roles at Jersey City Medical Center, they worked as an Adjunct Professor of EMS Management at Springfield College and as a Clinical Quality Coordinator at New Britain EMS, where they provided clinical oversight and developed quality programs.

Additionally, Luckritz has a background in disaster medicine and emergency response. Robert served as a Paramedic with the National Disaster Medical System, responding to various incidents across the eastern United States. Robert also worked as an Education Director and Lieutenant at North Adams Ambulance Service, where they implemented training programs and oversaw emergency operations.

Luckritz began their career as an Emergency Medical Technician at Kiwanis Ambulance Service of Boonton Inc.

Throughout their career, Luckritz has demonstrated expertise in EMS operations, leadership development, healthcare policy, and improving organizational performance.

Robert Luckritz has a JD degree in Law from Western New England University School of Law and a BS degree in EMS Management from Springfield College. Robert has also obtained certifications including Fellow from the American College of Paramedic Executives, Emergency Medical Technician, and Paramedic from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians.
