Stefan Wray

Stefan Wray, PMP, is an experienced IT Supervisor and Research Analyst Senior with the City of Austin since March 2016. Prior to this role, Stefan served as a Program Specialist at the Texas Department of State Health Services, contributing to health emergency preparedness. Notable past positions include General Manager at channelAustin, overseeing a public access television station, and various roles in web development and media production. Stefan holds a Master of Public Affairs from The University of Texas at Austin, along with degrees in Journalism from both the University of Texas at Austin and San Francisco State University.
