Will O'Connor

Will O'Connor has an extensive background in fleet management and program administration, currently serving as Fleet Division Manager and previously as Fleet Program Manager for the City of Austin since May 2006. In this role, Will oversees the Emerging Technologies Division, presenting division goals and achievements to Fleet Department leadership and directors. Prior to joining the City of Austin, Will worked at GE Capital from March 1994 to March 2006 as a Client Relationship Manager, managing fleet operations for high-profile accounts and handling internal operations related to vehicle management and program implementation. Will's educational journey includes studies in Computer Science at the College of San Mateo, which began in September 1992.
