Karina Rueda

Karina Rueda is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as the Human Resources/Risk Manager for the City of Baldwin Park since December 2022, Rueda previously held the position of Human Resources Manager for the City of Rosemead from November 2021 to December 2022. Prior to this, Rueda accumulated nearly two decades of experience at the City of Vernon, where roles included Human Resources Analyst, Senior Administrative Assistant, Administrative Assistant, and Personnel Clerk. Rueda holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of La Verne.
