Frank B. Coakley

Frank B. Coakley has held various leadership positions in the financial and community development sectors. Frank B. has served as Chief Lending Officer at Baltimore Community Lending since 2015, and as Assistant Secretary at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development from 2007 to August 2015. Prior to that, Frank B. held positions at The Harbor Bank of Maryland, Fannie Mae, and the State of Maryland.
