Jessi Stevens

Jessi Stevens, CSM, currently serves as the Homeless Outreach Program Manager for the City of Baltimore since March 2019, overseeing City-funded homeless outreach teams and managing an extensive agency fleet, with a focus on organizational leadership. Previous roles include Fleet Manager, where operational efficiency and resource allocation were enhanced, and Homeless Outreach Coordinator, responsible for streamlining operations and improving service delivery. Prior experience encompasses serving as a Special Program Coordinator for the DC Department of Human Services, where strategic program implementation and cross-functional collaboration were key achievements, and as a District Visual Coordinator at DAVACO, managing product strategy and performance. Early career experience includes serving as General Manager Operations at LA Inc., directing operational aspects of entertainment venues to ensure customer satisfaction. Jessi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Specialized Sales, Merchandising, and Marketing Operations from Old Dominion University.
