Kiara Tisdale

Kiara Tisdale is currently working as a Payroll Manager at the City of Baltimore since August 2023. Prior to this, Kiara held the role of Senior Payroll Analyst at QTC Management, Inc. from May 2022 to August 2023. With extensive experience in payroll management, Kiara also previously served as a Payroll Manager at FSR (Federal Staffing Resources) for over a decade from April 2011 to May 2022.
