Kisha Duckett

Kisha Duckett is the EVP Fiscal Coordinator at the City of Baltimore, overseeing the spenddown of Eviction Prevention Program grants totaling nearly $80 million and supervising a team of fiscal accountants. With a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Commonwealth University, Kisha has experience in managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, client billing, fixed assets management, and financial reconciliation from various positions held in companies such as Envirotest Corp., Emerge Inc., Goodwill Industries of the Chesapeake, Inc., ELTA North America, Cigna HealthSpring, Bravo Health, and Dutko Worldwide. Currently pursuing further education at the Community College of Baltimore County.
